For a comprehensive overview of the process, please consult the Publication Resource Guide (coming soon). Investigators who are ready to initiate a project may click here to submit a proposal.

Before You Begin

Thinking about a QI study but not sure where to start? Begin here.

What to consider:

  • Do you have a research question or clinical insight based on your practice?

  • Are you familiar with the PCI or Vascular Surgery registries and the data variables BMC2 has available?

  • What level of support and resources will your project need?

[Download the Resource Guide (PDF)]
Our comprehensive Publications Resource Guide walks you through the process, from developing an idea to manuscript submission. We recommend reviewing it before submitting a proposal.

Submitting a Publication Proposal

Once you're ready, use our Proposal Intake Form to submit your manuscript idea. This helps us learn more about your research question and how we can support you.

What you'll need to include:

  • Your name and contact information

  • A brief description of your research question and hypothesis

  • Collaborator Expectations Attestation (included in Intake Form)

After you submit, the BMC2 Coordinating Center team will review your proposal and contact you to schedule a data consultation meeting.
