Are you experiencing difficulties logging into REDCap following the recent upgrade? After some troubleshooting, we discovered that bookmarked REDCap links stopped working after the update.
BMC2 advises against using bookmarks and instead recommends using the following link to log into REDCap after any maintenance or upgrades: https://redcapproduction.umms.med.umich.edu.
Using this link seems to resolve the issue of log-in failures after upgrades. Please keep it on hand for future use.
