Improving Patient Care & Outcomes

The BMC2 Cardiovascular Consortium is a collaborative consortium of health care providers dedicated to improving quality of care and outcomes for cardiovascular patients across the State of Michigan.

BMC2 quality improvement initiatives are identifying and disseminating best practices to improve quality of care and patient outcomes while reducing costs.

Our performance indexes track the progress and findings of our quality improvement projects each year.

BMC2 has developed several free risk-adjustment calculators available for use by physicians for individual patient care.
